Therapy In The Park benefits you if you prefer being outdoor rather than in a counselling room and finding it easier to talk about your feelings while in a less confrontational environment. We will look for a shady place in the most convenient park and we start from there. When you organize your schedule, allow 75 minutes for your Therapy In The Park session.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, please mind the required 24h notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24h notice, will incur a full fee charge.
