Counselling is a type of talk-based therapy where you can share your thoughts and feelings in a safe space without judgement. Face to face counselling is a journey within yourself. You will explore thoughts and feelings that are getting in the way of you living a happy and productive life A counselling session may just be a therapeutic conversation, but it may also include other therapeutic techniques like meditation and breathing exercises.
